Atmen, sigarayı bırakma sürecini takip etmene yardımcı olan bir iyi oluş (wellbeing) uygulamasıdır. Tıbbi hizmet, tanı, tedavi veya tıbbi tavsiye sunmaz.
Uygulamaya girdiğin tüm veriler yalnızca cihazında saklanır:
Atmen bu sürümde hiçbir veriyi kendi sunucusuna göndermez, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmaz, reklam veya profilleme için kullanmaz ve HealthKit'e yazmaz. Günlük içeriği cihazda kalır; yalnızca günlük PIN kurtarma anahtarı, etkinse iCloud Anahtar Zinciri üzerinden Apple hesabına bağlı olarak senkronize edilebilir.
Veriler; talep edilen uygulama hizmetinin sunulması (sözleşmenin ifası), kullanıcının açık rızası ve veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak işlenir. Sağlıkla ilişkili olabilecek veriler kullanıcının kendi isteğiyle girilir ve yalnızca cihazda işlenir.
Premium, aylık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ücret Apple hesabından tahsil edilir; abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce App Store hesap ayarlarından iptal edilmediği sürece her ay otomatik yenilenir. Ücretlendirme, iptal ve iade süreçleri Apple App Store koşullarına tabidir; Apple bu kapsamda kendi koşullarına göre veri işleyebilir.
Veriler, uygulama cihazda kaldığı sürece saklanır. Ayarlar > "Tüm yerel verilerimi sil" ile profil, sayaç, bildirim tercihleri ve şifreli günlük kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırmak da yerel verileri siler. PIN unutulursa Apple hesabıyla giriş yapılmaz — cihaz sahibi doğrulaması (Face ID / Touch ID veya cihaz şifresi) ve iCloud Anahtar Zinciri'ndeki kurtarma anahtarı ile yeni bir PIN belirlenir.
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme/yok etme, işlemeye itiraz ve veri taşınabilirliği haklarını yukarıdaki iletişim adresi üzerinden kullanabilirsin.

Atmen is a wellbeing app that helps you track quitting smoking. It does not provide medical services, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Everything you enter is stored on your device only: name, quit date, cigarettes per day, pack price and size, currency, years smoked, motivation, triggers, craving records, streak statistics, notification preference, legal acceptance record, and encrypted journal entries (AES-GCM on device).
In this version, Atmen does not send data to its own servers, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or profiling, or write to HealthKit. Journal content stays on the device; only the journal PIN recovery key may sync via iCloud Keychain when enabled.
Processing is based on performance of the requested app service, user consent, and the controller's legitimate interest. Health-related data is entered voluntarily and processed only on the device.
Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to the Apple Account and the subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled in App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple App Store terms; Apple may process related data under its own terms.
Data is retained while the app remains on your device. Settings > "Delete all local data" permanently deletes profile, timer, notification settings, and the encrypted journal. Removing the app also deletes local data. A forgotten journal PIN is not reset through an Apple Account sign-in — device-owner verification (Face ID / Touch ID or the device passcode) together with the recovery key stored in iCloud Keychain is used to set a new PIN.
Under GDPR (and Turkish KVKK) you may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, and data portability via the contact address above.
Updates to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
